delivery Collaborate with the Custoner Service Associates and sales

acquisition margins Provide exceptional customer service to address
any customer concerns or issues Remain informed about Verizon's
products, services, new upgrades, and industry trends to maintain a
competitive market advantage Partner with fellow Verizon Custoner
Service Associates and senior leaders to create and execute
effective sales strategies
