and Development, collaborates with the HSS Discipline Strategy Team
to support research and analysis of instructor and student learning
behaviors with Macmillan Learning digital products and competing
educational platforms. This role contributes to identifying
learning challenges, testing solutions, and ensuring these
solutions align with discipline-specific needs and market
competitiveness. With a focus on customer research and content
development, the Associate Editor plays a key role in coordinating
efforts across the team, including survey creation, competitive
analyses, determining customer needs/problems to solve, prototype
creation, and supporting the development of innovative educational

Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $49,000 - $53,000
Exemption Status: Non ExemptThis is a hybrid role. 1-2 days a week
is required in either the New York, NY or Boston, MA office.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task, must be able to concentrate for long
periods in noisy/busy environment, must be able to work more than
40 hours per week as needed.
