A growing dental practice is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional, and patient-focused environment. This role oversees administrative workflow, staff supervision, billing and insurance coordination, and overall office performance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who can maintain efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service to patients. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing all day-to-day office operations Managing front desk workflow and patient scheduling Supervising administrative staff and supporting team performance Handling billing, insurance verification, and claims management Ensuring compliance with office procedures and documentation standards Addressing patient concerns and maintaining high service standards Supporting operational improvements and practice growth initiatives Ideal Qualifications: Prior experience managing a dental office required Strong understanding of dental billing and insurance processes Excellent leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned dental office professional to take on a leadership role within a thriving practice.
