Our client, a non-profit organization, is actively seeking a contract to hire Leave Administrator to join their team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional who can confidently manage leave administration processes and jump right in. About You: A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role 3 years of experience in leave administration, benefits or human resources Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA, COBRA, and Workers' Compensation laws Proficiency in HRIS systems, proficency in ADP preferred Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities The Job: Oversee and process employee leave programs, including FMLA, non-FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term/long-term disability, parental leave, and more Manage ADA accommodations, ensuring a smooth interactive process with employees and managers Maintain timely communication with employees on leave to facilitate a smooth return-to-work process Work cross-functionally with Payroll and Fiscal departments to coordinate leave and absence processes Support benefits administration as needed, including medical/dental enrollments and qualifying life events Manage Workers' Compensation cases and OSHA logs Maintain accurate records in HRIS and ensure compliance with applicable laws Conduct periodic audits to verify enrollments, changes, and terminations This contract to hire opportunity will work on a hybrid schedule following training of three days in the Philadelphia office and two days from home.
