Schreder Dental in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Receptionist to join our team! Job Responsibilities: Manage front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Maintain patient records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow Provide excellent customer service to all patients Submitting dental insurance claims and completing patient billing Job Requirements: Experience with Dentrix preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures X-Ray certification ideal Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Company Information: We are a third generation family practice that has been providing dental care to the Lancaster, Pennsylvania community for over 70 years.
