Description: Position Summary Are you a detail-oriented banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our commercial, consumer, and real estate loan portfolios. What You'll Do As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of our loan portfolio. Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records * Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments * Researching and resolving customer inquiries * Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking * Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring * Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans * Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents * Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team You'll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service.
