Responsibilities: Settling credit card payments for checked out guests Liaising between guest & Manager should transactions decline Manually & accurately entering F&B physical checks into system Full cycle Accounts Payable responsibilities Assisting in reporting functions Assisting in journal entries & ad hoc accounts reconciliation aid Experience Preferred: 1 year applicable Economics, Accounting, or Finance knowledge a plus Basic - Intermediate Excel Skills Tech savvy - Willing to learn new systems quickly Strong, friendly communication skills & eager to grow with a stellar team INNOV2024
