Responsibilities: As a Permanent Account Manager MSP and
Technology, you will be responsible for: 1. Developing and
maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure
client satisfaction and promote client retention. 2. Identifying
and securing new business opportunities to grow the client base and
meet sales targets. 3. Managing the sales process from prospecting
to close, including conducting client meetings, presentations, and
contract negotiations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Permanent Account Manager MSP and Technology role will have the
following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in
an account management or sales role in the Tech Services industry.
2. Proven experience in B2B sales, territory sales, and lead
generation. 3. Strong knowledge of VOIP, IT support, and digital
transformation strategies. Experience with other areas of
technology is preferred, including imaging, printers etc. 4.
Exceptional account management and client relationship building
