Benefits Package Job Details Job Details: Our organization, a
leading player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic and
seasoned Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is
an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in a
fast-paced, evolving sector. You will be a part of a collaborative
team, working closely with various departments to ensure financial
accuracy and efficiency. This role is a permanent, full-time
position offering competitive compensation and benefits. Day to Day
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting
functions, working closely with offshore accounting support team
Heavy focus on account reconciliations between PMS, Cash Postings,
Bank Statements, and Sage Intacct Collaborate with finance team to
prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports. Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an
accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statements. Monitor and analyze accounting
data and produce financial reports or statements. Ensure compliance
with all internal processes. Oversee regulatory reporting,
frequently including tax planning and compliance. Support the
budgeting and forecasting activities. Coordinate or communicate
with regulatory authorities for financial audits. Streamline
accounting functions and operations. Develop plans for financial
growth. Evaluate and manage risk. Ensure compliance with the law.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or related field. 5 years of experience in accounting MSO / DSO
Industry experience Private Equity Backed businesses experience ERP
system knowledge Strong knowledge US GAAP Account reconciliations
