Job Description:
The Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller, will serve
as a strategic financial leader responsible for driving excellence
in external reporting, investor communications, forecasting, and
corporate accounting. This role oversees the timely and accurate
execution of SEC filings, shapes the company's investor relations
strategy and messaging, leads global financial forecasting and
dashboarding efforts, and ensures effective corporate consolidation
and close processes. Additionally, the VP will play a key role in
financial transformation initiatives, strategic planning, and
cross-functional operational projects, acting as a senior advisor
to executive leadership and a mentor to a high-performing finance

Are You Ready To: Ensure accurate, timely SEC filings and uphold
GAAP and compliance standards Represent the company to investors,
analysts, and external auditors with confidence and clarity Oversee
and continuously improve global forecasting, dashboarding, and
financial planning Lead strategic financial initiatives and provide
insights that influence company-wide decisions Serve as a trusted
financial advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team
What You'll Need: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred) At least 15 years of
progressive corporate finance experience, with leadership in SEC
reporting, investor relations, and accounting Deep expertise in
GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting systems Outstanding
communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface
with investors and executive stakeholders A proven track record of
leading high-level teams and cross-functional financial projects
Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and analytical
problem-solving abilities Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent
