lists. Overview The Senior Manager, Commercial Financial Planning
and Analysis (FP&A) will support the Commercial organization in
preparation of budgets, forecasts, long range plans, and strategic
investments for growth. The position will be responsible for the
end-to-end tactical execution of recurring financial requirements
and for ensuring alignment across related teams. S/he will support
the Senior Director, FP&A to ensure comprehensive financial
support for the management and analysis of Commercial. In addition,
you will partner with business areas as needed to support special
initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day tactical
financial business partner for Commercial to ensure budgets and
forecasts are collated, aligned, presented, and tracked for
quarterly and annual planning processes. Support the teams in
quarterly and annual planning processes, including proactively
working on risks and opportunities related to projections and
investments. Collect and consolidate required information for
recurring forecasts, variance analyses, and management reports.
Provide accurate and timely support of purchase requisition and
invoice requirements for supported teams in accordance with
Procurement and AP processes. Support business partners in related
training and process improvement initiatives. Partner with business
areas and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate book closing and
accruals for Commercial Support Accounting and Audit teams with
review and input on applicable initiatives and maintain internal
control environment to the highest standards of compliance and
integrity including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX).
Support FP&A team on ad-hoc analysis as needed, including but
not limited to long range planning, scenario analysis, resource
analysis, etc Position Requirements (Required and/or Preferred
Skills, Experience and Education): Bachelor's degree in relevant
field required, MBA a plus Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant
financial experience (with advanced degree, all relevant experience
will be considered); Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
industry a plus Experience in supporting Commercial related
functions a plus Experience with ERP systems is required; Oracle &
Hyperion Planning experience is a plus Experienced in developing
executive level presentations and reporting packages/dashboards
Strong analytical stills and understanding of generally accepted
accounting principles (GAAP) Excellent communication skills (verbal
and written) Highly organized with a strong attention to detail,
clarity, accuracy, and conciseness Highly proficient in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Committed to
timeline-driven process associated with monthly closings, reporting
deadlines, quarterly forecasts, and other ad-hoc projects Dedicated
team player with strong critical thinking skills; Ability to work
well in cross-functional teams Ability to work independently,
multi-task, and manage multiple priorities in a changing
environment Must successfully exhibit Insmed's core corporate

successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace Salary
Range $111,000 - $156,133 a year Compensation & Benefits At Insmed,
